2、采用国内领先的预压工艺，在大幅提高刨花板质量的同时大幅降低粘胶剂的消耗量，大大降低了生产成本。

3、采用先进的铺装机，使表层细密，截面渐变结构质量可控，大大减小了成品刨花板的翘曲度。

4、环保方面，刨花板生产线的污染主要来自粉尘，我们在设计制造上，对粉尘的清除特别重视，采用旋风分离器加布袋除尘、脉冲除尘，降低了粉尘排放。

4. For the environmental protection, the particle board production line is mainly polluted by the dust. On the design and manufacture, we specially focus on the removal of dust, and remove the dust with cyclone separator and pulse, and reduce the dust discharge.
